Question 1

How do I turn a flyer into social posts?

Accepted Answer

Upload the flyer from your dashboard. Liflio reads the text, prices and offers off it, then drafts a post for each platform you picked. You edit whatever you want and publish, or set a time and let it go out later.

Question 2

What can I upload, and how big?

Accepted Answer

Flyers and marketing materials: PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF and PDF, up to 15 MB each, 10 files per upload. Logos and product photos have a smaller 5 MB limit. Export from the app that made the file rather than renaming it — a renamed file keeps its old contents and tends to fail further down, where the message is less obvious.

Question 3

Can I change what the AI writes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every draft is fully editable before it leaves Liflio, and nothing is published until you publish it. Read each one: the AI works from what it can see on your flyer, so it can misread a price or miss a condition.

Question 4

Where does Liflio publish?

Accepted Answer

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube publish from Liflio today. Telegram, WhatsApp carry the same post to customers who have opted in. X is paused while its API pricing is decided, so it is not connectable.

Question 5

Can I schedule a post for later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a date and time when you publish and the post is queued instead of sent. A time already in the past is rejected rather than quietly posted straight away.

Question 6

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

7 days, with every feature open. A payment method is required to start it, and you can cancel before it ends.

Question 7

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By card, through Stripe. Token top-ups can also be paid in Ghanaian cedi through Paystack. Those are the only two — we cannot take a transfer or a payment through any other provider.

Question 8

Can I pay yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing costs 10 months' price for twelve — two months free — charged once a year. Your token allowance still refills every month, on the same day of the month your year began, and unused monthly tokens do not carry over, exactly as on monthly billing. Tokens you buy in a pack are kept and do not expire with your plan. The 7-day trial works the same way: the yearly charge comes when it ends.

Question 9

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Accepted Answer

Settings, then Billing. An upgrade to a higher plan is charged straight away: you pay the price difference for the rest of your current period, and the new plan applies as soon as that payment goes through. On a monthly plan, a downgrade applies straight away and the rest of the current month is not refunded. On an annual plan, a downgrade (a lower plan, or a move to monthly billing) takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for: you keep your current plan and its monthly tokens until then, and you can withdraw the change before that date. You can switch between monthly and annual billing once every 30 days, and switching does not refill your tokens. Tokens refill on each monthly renewal, or each month of an annual plan, and unused monthly tokens do not carry over; tokens you bought in a pack are kept and do not expire with your plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your current plan running to the end of the period you have already paid for. If you think you have been charged in error, email us and a person will look at the account.

Question 10

Can I add my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite them by email from your team settings and give each person a role, which decides what they are allowed to change.

Question 11

My upload was rejected.

Accepted Answer

Almost always the type or the size. Save it as PNG, JPEG or PDF and keep it under 15 MB. Re-export from the app that made it rather than changing the extension: renaming leaves the contents alone, so the file breaks later instead of here.

Question 12

My social account will not connect.

Accepted Answer

Most platforms only grant publishing access to a business or professional account, so a personal profile is refused at their end, not ours. Disconnect and reconnect, and make sure you approve every permission the consent screen asks for. X cannot be connected at all at the moment.

Question 13

How do I report something broken?

Accepted Answer

Email us with what you were doing, what happened instead, and the browser you were in. A screenshot is worth more than a description. If it is a failed publish, the campaign name lets us find the exact attempt in the logs.
